As easy as copy and paste

Getting started with Grail LiveHelp is easy. Just copy and paste a custom generated javascript to the footer of your website and you're done! This small script tracks your website visitors in real-time and creates the "Chat Now" button. You can completely customize the look and feel of the button and the chat window it opens.

1) A visitor on your website site has a question Someone on your site has a question? They click the GRAIL "Chat Now" button. This opens a window and the customer fills out a form you define- which is passed to your Agents.

2) Your Agents are logged in and ready Your customer service agents are logged into the GRAIL Console on their desktops or smartphones. When a chat is pending they will hear a sound and see a button turn red in their console. Grail LiveHelp automatically routes the customer to the most appropriate Agent.

3) Your Agents and Grail LiveHelp make a great team Grail LiveHelp automatically pulls up this customer's historical chats and website visits. Your Agent sees that this customer had questions about your Widget in the past and focuses his responses on the Widget. Your Agent answers the customer's questions and closes the sale. The complete transcript is stored within Grail LiveHelp for your review.
